Hello there!
I am Theresa, mother to two wonderful little boys, ages two and a half and a newborn, and wife to my fantastic hubby. I love my family. I love spending time with my sons, they are mostly my inspiration for doing the things I do.
When I’m not at home spending time with my sons, I can be found working in a research laboratory in Oxford. Otherwise you'll find me behind a camera and working on my businesses, Egg In The Nest Photography (family lifestyle photography), Theresa Furey Photography (couples and wedding photography) and recently my design site, Baby Blue Tickled Pink Designs. Baby Blue Tickled Pink was inspired by my two year old and started as a personal blog about children's design, party ideas, food options and raising child green consciously. It then evolved into my graphics and design and now The Nesting Blog is my new personal blog!
I love art and creating! Its always been a passion. I have been drawing and creating since the age of eleven when I discovered my natural and genetic talent. My father is an oil painter. My grandfather painted as a hobby as well. I had always been drawn to photography and owned several aim and snap cameras, but I feel in love when I first laid hands on a DSLR camera around three years ago.
My husband Tristan loves writing music, video games and his job as an instructional designer and animator for the Royal Airforce. He is my perfect counterpart and never ceases to make me laugh. We enjoy our life with our sons on the side of the Malvern Hills. Malvern is a quaint town known for its majestic hills, natural springs, the Morgan, and as the late home of the composer Edward Elgar.
